CO Assister replaced those manual workflows with a lightweight web app. The core features were: dynamic ticket copy-paste templates that auto populated based on your rank, a sanction case builder with tick box inputs that generated the final formatted output a self serve quota logging system and a system to automatically copy training related commands to your clipboard from simple buttons.
The most technically interesting piece was integrating the Roblox API to verify each user's in-game rank in real time so the ticket templates could automatically reflect the correct role and formatting without any manual input. This was built with Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS, with Convex handling the backend data layer.
