Something broke.
Let’s fix it.
A page, form, or feature that’s stopped working, diagnosed and fixed at a fixed price. No full project needed for a single problem.
Good fit, or not quite
This covers it if
- A page, form, or feature that’s broken, erroring, or not working as expected
- The site is down, or a specific part of it is
- You need someone to diagnose the issue first, not just apply a guess
- It’s one clear problem, not a general "something feels off"
Look elsewhere if
- Multiple unrelated issues across the site
- The site needs new features, not just a fix
- You want someone watching it going forward, not a one-off fix
Need ongoing fixes and monitoring, not a one-off? See support & maintenance.
Process
Diagnosed before it’s priced, fixed once it is.
Describe it
What’s broken, when it started, and a link. Screenshots or error messages help but aren’t required.
Diagnose
A look at the actual cause before any price is confirmed, so the fix targets the real problem.
Fix & confirm
Fixed, tested live, and confirmed with you before it’s treated as done.
That’s normal. I’ll do a quick diagnosis before confirming a price, so you’re not quoted blind on something that turns out bigger.
No. Most fixes I take on are for sites I didn’t build. I’ll need access to the code or hosting to look at it properly.
I’ll tell you before starting. If it’s beyond a single fix, it gets quoted as its own small project instead of stretching this one.
Most single-issue fixes are diagnosed within a day and resolved within a few, depending on severity and current workload.
Send the link.
I’ll take a look.
Tell me what’s wrong and where it lives, and I’ll confirm a fixed price after a quick diagnosis.
